Mid-America EDC 2021 Events and Information Planning/Update

As we continue Mid-America EDC’s planning for 2021, we wanted to share the current plan from the Board of Directors, as we know many are working on budgets for next year.

We are happy to report that our membership and sponsorship rates will NOT increase in 2021. Visit our website at www.midamericaedc.org to renew today! Check out updated membership benefits, including monthly educational webinars that will be FREE to members, and that will offer additional sponsor exposure.

At this time, we do plan to hold both conferences in-person next year (and are truly looking forward to it)!

• The Best Practices Conference will be held May 12-14, 2021 in Flint, Michigan, and the estimated member registration rate for the conference will be in the $250-$300 range.

• The Competitiveness Conference will be held December 1-3, 2021 in Chicago, and the planning committee’s goal is to match the 2019 in person member registration rate of $950.
