Dairyland Power Cooperative is a not-for-profit, member-owned electric utility that provides wholesale electricity to a network of 24 member distribution cooperatives in four U.S. states: Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. Founded in 1941, Dairyland's mission is to provide the best quality electric service to its members at the most reasonable cost. The cooperative operates several power stations and has a diverse energy mix that includes coal, natural gas, hydro, wind, solar, and biomass.
